Despite the fact that I own close to every spice known to man, I LOVE these things.
Each packet contains all the spices you would need to make something delicious. They are portioned up into sections, to be added at different times to whatever you're making. (Note: you do not need to add whatever it says most of the time; i.e., I use a fraction of the butter that they suggest, and obviously I don't eat chicken or whatnot; but pretty much anything you add them turns out amazing.)
This one? I added tofu, green beans, cauliflower, carrots, and onion.
