Yesterday, at the farmer's market, I found some tiny red potatoes... and then... some gorgeous dill attacked me and leapt into my shopping bag. At least that's what I'm saying.
Then with dinner, I made this:
Basically, I cut up some potatoes, drizzled it with olive oil, sprinkled on some salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and then baked it with the dill for about an hour at 350*. The next time I do this, I think I'll bake it without the dill and just add it fresh at the end. Serve with some butter or margarine.
I also added the dill to cauliflower, and baked it with some salmon. It was delicious!!
