Baked Grapes

I know, I know! It sounds totally weird, and slightly disgusting... but believe me when I tell you this is awesome!!

While we were in Ashland a few weeks ago, one night we stayed at a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was really tasty, but I was totally perplexed by this warm fruit. It tasted like cherries. It looked like grapes, but they were clearly splitting and none of us could figure it out.
Turns out, they were baked grapes, with a little vanilla yogurt on top. Here's how to do it:

Baked Grapes:

1-2 cups grapes
nonstick cooking spray/olive oil
salt and pepper, if you want

Spray your pan and add the grapes.

Bake the grapes in a single layer, at 375* for 15 minutes.

When they are done, they will be sweet and mushy, and taste just like cherries!
