When it is rainy and cold outside, but you still want to have barbecued veggie burgers, what do you do? A.) Make someone else in charge of grilling and B.)Cook everything else inside! (That's what I do anyway...)
Start with corn: I husk it, boil a big pot of water, and toss in the corn. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, and serve!
Meanwhile, cook some vegetarian baked beans, and grill up some onions while you're at it. (Mmm.. I love grilled onions on burgers!)
