Brussel Sprouts are good?
Of course they are! Just start with some butter (or margarine, if you prefer), and a little olive oil. Chop up some onions... And add some chopped up mushrooms and garlic... (I know! I am generally not a fan of mushrooms, but trust me here...)
Saute for a few minutes, then add some brussel sprouts that you have halved and removed the outer yucky leaves from...
After a few minutes of that, add some white wine, about a cup or so. And some salt and pepper.
Nom, nom, nom! You can also add some (soy) bacon bits on top if you like. Delicious!
